Refund policy

We take great care in the preparation, packaging, and delivery of every artwork.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photographs of the packaging, and photographs of the item received. We will review each case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Original artworks are unique pieces and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of fine art prints and custom framing, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variations resulting from differences in screen displays.

Approved refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
